To achieve this, we introduce EPA-DAO, a pioneering decentralized autonomous organization defined as a community with blockchain-based membership (BBM) and chain-driven expansion (CDE). Built on the Solana blockchain, EPA-DAO supports membership registration, governance, and investment through our Initial Coin Offering (ICO), while empowering participants to grow the network through referral incentives.
